We allow owners of both non-profit and for-profit projects to work proactively instead of reactively, and to truly run the project with the big picture in mind.

THE PROCESS
We provide complete construction management services from the design stage of your project all the way to the grand opening. If you have not yet selected an architect or contractor, we are perfectly comfortable with hiring them for you through a formal RFP or helping you with the process. From there, you can count on us to handle all of the day-to-day design/budget coordination and constructability issues, assuring that your timeline is being met.
During pre-construction, as the design advances and finally goes to the City for permitting, we will typically have weekly meetings in person or via phone, GoToMeeting, Zoom or Skype. You can count on us to negotiate the optimum contract with the contractor and follow through to make sure it is implemented all the way through construction.
During construction, we visit the site in person every other week, and connect with you by phone alternating weeks to share updates and opinions. We also issue a monthly report, which summarizes the progress, initiates approval of monthly billings, reviews and approves change orders, schedules, overall quality, and assures that the project is going smoothly.
