New construction of a 113-unit affordable housing development in the Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco. Amenities include a fresh and healthy food vendor space, a courtyard, bike parking for residents, as well as space for 2 full-time social workers who provide comprehensive support services to all families living in the building.
