BALBOA RESERVOIR BUILDING E

Building E is the first affordable  housing development within the Balboa Reservoir Master Plan.  This project consists of 5 stories of Type III-A construction over two stories of Type I-A construction.  With 128 units, this 155 thousand square foot building will be next to a centrally located park, public-serving childcare center, and will have community space overlooking the central park.
