95th & International is a four story building consisting of 55 affordable housing units.   This build is a Type V-A Wood Framed, and will have elevator access to all floors.  The site will include at-grade parking and a community garden.   Residents will have access to a community room with a kitchen, bike storage, and on site laundry.
